A $10 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. All refunds must be requested in writing and received no later than one week before the conference begins (July 18th, 2017, by 5:00 p.m.). You may at any time arrange for a substitute to come in your place without penalty. After July 20, 2017 no refund can be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.
Limited funds are available based on financial need, academic potential, character, and the capacity to help others. The amount awarded will vary according to the need of the student.
